Participants are registered attendees. Reviewers and organisers count only if they also register. Additional volumes, payment-provider fees, domains and commissioned services are agreed separately.

You can explore the demo without an account or create a private event workspace. Publishing, registration and team invitations require an approved account and activated pilot package. Email verification is not connected yet; contact neucitepress@gmail.com to arrange access and confirm the workflows your event needs.
The proposed package covers one active event per organisation, up to 50 confirmed participants and 50 abstracts. It includes submission, review and decisions, a basic programme and free admission tickets. These allowances are proposed and are not currently enforced as an activated offer.
You can customise title and abstract labels, instructions and limits, choose presentation preferences and add up to 10 text, choice or confirmation questions. Conditional questions, separate figure and table uploads, and linked full-paper stages are planned.
Yes. Create chair, convenor, secretary and custom roles, with scientific access limited to selected tracks. One person may hold several roles. Authors and presenters cannot review or decide their own work; a public committee profile does not grant account access.

Yes. NeucitePress operates the hosting, and the application runs independently of Indico, ChatGPT and MCP. Current protections include HTTPS, event access controls, audit records and encrypted local backups. Off-server backups and external alerting remain to be completed.
