Who can do what in this demo?

The demo Chair is a scientific workflow role: setup, registration, messages and team management remain with the Administrator. The real Conference chair preset includes full event permissions; Scientific / technical chair and Track chair have narrower scientific permissions. The five demo roles have fixed access. In a real event, the organiser can assign custom roles and track access through Team & roles.
